Small group training completed
04. Nov. 2021
On November 2, 2021, 50 participants of the first international training for small group leaders were able to complete their advanced training at the Arthur Daniels Institute of Missiology (ADIMIS). Dr. László Szabó, director of the institute, describes the contents of the small group training: "The three-stage team-based training is divided into basic, advanced and mission course. These three programs consist of seven sessions each; it takes place in German or English. An individual intensive program is also available upon request."
One of the participants, Adam from Finland, summed up his impressions this way, "I am grateful because this training has shown me how to work better with my group ... Through the training I had the opportunity to grow, and this time helped me ... Develop me as a leader."
Mario Brito, President of the Inter-European Division, and Prof. Roland Fischer, Rector Friedensau Adventist University, were also virtually present as guests of honor at the closing ceremony of the first round.
