Language course Hebrew successfully completed
03. Oct. 2021
The Institute for Languages at Friedensau Adventist University (FAU) offered a language course "Biblical Hebrew" from September 5 to October 1, 2021. It was designed for beginners and advanced students. Interested persons with previous knowledge could arrive on a staggered basis. The language course was open not only to prospective theology students, but also to those interested in learning biblical languages. A smaller group came together and, in addition to language acquisition, experienced daily devotional and reflection times during these four weeks, along with guided excursions directly related to the study of theology. In the photo taken during an excursion, church historian Dr. Johannes Hartlapp explains Lucas Cranach's 10 Commandments tablet in Wittenberg. At the end of the language course, the participants received a certificate.
