VISITING FRIENDS IN THE MRV

On Sabbath, 27 January, lecturers and some students and staff of Friedensau Adventist University visited nine different Adventist churches in Frankfurt and the surrounding area: Frankfurt-Centre, Frankfurt-Unterliederbach, Hanau, International Adventist Community Langen (English-speaking), Mühlheim, Oberursel, Bad Homburg, Friedberg and Dreieichenhain (South Slavic community). The day was filled with preaching, music and dialogue.
In the Adventist Church Frankfurt-Centre, Roland E. Fischer, rector of Friedensau Adventist University, gave the sermon. Two of our students from the Departments of Theology and Christian Social Work spoke about their studies in Friedensau and their career plans. After the service, there was a delicious potluck, lovingly organised by the congregation for all those present.

After a warm reception with a cake buffet and refreshing drinks, we immersed ourselves in the afternoon program on the topic of "The Psalms". Our lecturers Martin Klingbeil and Stefan Höschele offered exciting insights, accompanied by music and testimonials from our students. We also presented our university projects and challenged the audience to a knowledge-sharing quiz about Friedensau. It was an all-round inspiring Sabbath filled with God's presence.
