Bridge released for use

District Administrator Dr. Steffen Burchhardt today released the newly built bridge on the K1006 before Friedensau for use.
Representatives of the District Administration, the Friedensau Adventist University, the Construction Company and some of the local residents were present at the official opening of the bridge for road traffic. The bridge was completely closed for seven months. The construction costs amounted to 1.5 million euros. Some remaining work will be completed by the beginning of December, but the road is still passable.
